1. Return Period and Eligibility

You may return any item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable goods (e.g., live plants)
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards or downloadable software
- Health and hygiene products once opened
If any item is non-returnable, this will be stated clearly on its product page.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer 100% free return shipping on all eligible returns. Whether you changed your mind or received a defective item, you will never pay for return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@oblalespacevert.store with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- (If applicable) Photos of any defect or issue
- We will reply with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of your refund status.
- If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item.
Important Notes:
- Shipping costs: Since we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no shipping deductions from your refund.
- If the item is damaged, used, or not returned in original packaging, we reserve the right to deny a full refund.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Email us at contact@oblalespacevert.store with your order number and photos of the issue.
If you want a different product (e.g., different size or color), we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If 14 days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your card company — it may take extra time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us immediately at contact@oblalespacevert.store.
6. Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. At Oblal Espace Vert, we go further by offering a 30-day return period on all purchases.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email before the 30-day period expires.
